How it works

How roof rejuvenation actually works

No tear-off, no dumpster, no days of disruption. Here's exactly what happens — from inspection to a more flexible roof.

The short version

Asphalt shingles contain oils that evaporate over time — especially under the hot North Florida and South Georgia sun. As those oils dry out, shingles get brittle, crack and shed granules. Rejuvenation replenishes those oils so shingles stay flexible and behave more like they did when they were newer.

It's not a coating and it's not paint. It's a bio-based plant-oil treatment that absorbs into the shingle to help your existing roof keep performing.

The process

Four steps, one simple visit

  1. Step 1

    Free roof inspection

We inspect your roof up close to confirm it qualifies for treatment — checking flexibility, granules and overall condition, with photos so you can see what we see.

  2. Step 2

    Prep first, if needed

Missing shingles, active leaks or soft decking must be addressed before treatment. We won't treat over problems — prep comes first.

  3. Step 3

    Treatment day

A complimentary soft wash, then a professionally sprayed, bio-based plant-oil rejuvenator that soaks into aging shingles to restore lost oils. It's done in a few hours in one visit — and you can stay home.

  4. Step 4

    Enjoy a more flexible roof

Richer color, less granule loss, and shingles that behave more like they did when newer.

We won't treat every roof

Honesty matters more than a sale. If your roof has any of these, it's not a candidate for treatment — we'll point you toward replacement instead, and tell you why.

  • Active leaks
  • Soft or rotten decking
  • Severe storm or hail damage
  • Roofs at the end of their service life
We'd rather earn your trust than your money.

What to expect

Keep pets & family comfortable

We use a plant-based formula. We'll let you know when it's safe to let pets and kids back into the yard.

Move vehicles if needed

We may ask you to park a little away from the spray zone. We'll flag it ahead of time.

Care for plants and landscaping

We take care around plants and cover what we need to. Clean-up is part of the visit.
